Qualified Customer

A ‘qualified customer’ has these characteristics:

  1. Falls within your target market
  2. Needs your product or service
  3. Has the money (or ability) to pay
  4. Is a customer with whom it makes sense for your company to work.

Although finding qualified customers sounds simple, too many companies spend marketing/sales time and money going after customers who are simply not qualified.
